I wanted to know if, in the scenario I painted, Person A could have acted in self-defense, even though Person A was following Person B - which appears to be the crux of the problem in the Zimmerman-Martin case.
Tending towards paranoid, had issues with the law, using racial slurs & STALKING Martin, with a GUN, means he isn't 'Standing HIS ground' but trampling on Martins.
