Would you care to make a wager with me as to whether the police can provide evidence that he was injured??

Somehow, I don't think you'd want to do that.

There's about a 10% chance that he had no injuries, and a 90% chance that he did.

He certainly didn't look like he was in any pain, or discomfort, or upset. No blood on his shirt, & the nose BLEEDS, especially if it was broken.
And the back of his head shows NO contusions or blood.
He appears calm & able to walk without any problem.
