One other thing. I think Wave is running behind its own projections. I doubt they'd have planned to hire so many people and then to dilute the stock so late in the game. My guess is they expected a major order and they anticipated this would finance their increased costs. Instead, Thailand happened and they are screwed back into the bronze age of dilutive R&D.

This will put off a lot of investors.

Truth is, but for the army thing, I would think this story still has some way to go before it reaches the land of milk and honey.

Grinding through the caveats and avoiding the adjectives, the bottom up feedback seems to be, it's still fairly tough out there: TC remains an obscure ticket and Wave is hoping to leverage the Win8 roadmap to try to get Win7 trust solutions into operation.

But if the army bites, that makes things more interesting - even if it invites competition into the marketplace.
