Is there a point in having a President sign laws if the Supreme Court is simply a political decision-making body?
It is so blindingly obvious that the law is a wrapper and the whole issue is politics. Why bother pretending that the constitution has anything to do with it?
Hi Cf, unfortunately my prediction is looking as if it could be correct. Politics alive and well in the SCOTUS? Could it be? Will the dumb one find his voice?
