Even if a grand jury decided to indict I can't see how with all the missed procedures and poor police work that a judge could ever allow this to reach a jury. Civil court will be the only place where there may be an opportunity for 'justice' to be served.
The Grand Jury will determine if there's enough evidence for Zimmerman to be tried.
The police didn't take his clothes to test or test him for drugs & alcohol.
