Hi tkc,

I used to use that triangle when taking notes in school!

Thanks. I've never encountered its use in accounting but I'm from a different tradition. I've seen the delta used in mathematics.

May be a US thing. I've seen it in physics and acct'g. Often the symbol of an equilateral triangle (Greek Delta) is used in equations and it means the difference/change. My ans. to Dig was for his simple example; I see you got him straight on all the non cash deltas.
As an aside, I'm kinda happy as I just finished a winter project for my grandson - an all wood replica of an Harley Sportster 1200 (just like his Dad's). In Regal Red, It rolls and turns, it's really neat. I done good. Thx as always
