I know we must be prepared for a loss at the CAFC but with all this recent activity do you think IDCC is telegraphing the fact that we will be back at the ITC? TY

The lawyers are trying to add another party which I hope is denied. We already have 4 big boys being investigated. If the judge allows a new party, the schedule will be extended for 6 additional months. We need them to finish what they have started as soon as possible. This "once more round the block" bullshit has to stop.

Something is very strange with the CAFC. If the object of 337 investigations is to protect the American inventor, then the ITC cases should be on the front burner.
