You see where they drug/alcohol-tested the dead body but not the shooter. And that the reason that the shooter was NOT detained was because, according to HIS account of what happened, it appeared that he had not broken any laws.
You can bet that if the victim had been white the shooter was black that the local cops would NOT have taken his word for what happened.
I'm surprised they haven't arrested him just for protective custody, that should have been done on day one, really... The whole systems down there is broke, from the on-scene officers to the higher ups that apparently ignore a lot of this kind of crap.. Good the family is bringing it all out!
