Paul Ryan's budget does NOT cut military spending.
It cuts taxes & programs that help the poor...
And he puts the republican nominee in a corner. Romney has already given his 'blessing', yet when has he had a chance to read it or go over it?

The good news, it doesn't have a 'prayer' of passing!

The deep flaw in these economic plans - they rely on voodoo economics where the numbers don't work.

Where's the evidence that lowering taxes will always yield more income.

It really doesn't exist as a general principle of economics. Okay - you can wish it to be so. But show me the facts which support it.

It may work if taxes are really high to begin with. But most likely if taxes are relatively low, or even at a normal sort of level, lowering taxes will lead to less income being generated. This is what happened under Bush II for instance and it is the main reason why the US runs such a high deficit.

Thus, Ryan's budgets are always flimsy. Any sensible budgeting uses cautious assumptions. Not partisan ones.
