We went to the doctor. Mom complained about pain in her hip. I told him I thought it was from an old back injury. He gave her a shot in her hip (about 2PM). At 4:30 she tried calling him and asked that he call her back. About 7 I gave her a narcotic pain pill, which I hate to give her. The doctor has still not called her back. She said she did get some sleep, probably because of the pill I gave her. She wet the bed. She is on a pill that makes her go to the bathroom. I think that because of the pain pill, she slept through the need to go to the bathroom. She put a towel on the bed and changed her gown so I washed everything this morning. I wish I could get her to use the pants I got her for sleeping. They absorb all that and hold it away from the skin. She had to wear them until her sore healed. Oh well...

How did your Mom make out today?

The Home Health Nurse - was she sent by Medicare?

If so, doesn't that mean she only visits your Mom 3 times a week for personal hygiene?

Before I die, maybe she would make me a glazed donut.
