yea, the SBcomp thingy was easy enough to understand, and as cash from 'financing activities' gets a line, that was simply enough. I just got thick brained on old paint.

I depreciate property on taxes, and the gov takes less from me because of it, but it seems weird, cause when I do go ahead and paint, I expense that too. From an operational standpoint, I get to expense it twice?

Needless to say, I don't do my own books.

Exactly.

And same for stock-based compensation, which is in the P&L but is not a cash burden.
