epiphany moment, depreciation is something that is entered as an expense but is not money you actually spent?, hence you add it back in with cash-flow? I never understood adding in old paint, but it makes more sense if paint getting old was treated as an expense.

may also turn out not to be included in full in quarterly income, and also may have been paid upfront.

And actually, they may have written off more depreciation than previously supposed as there is now a goodwill balance on the books.

So two more items which may actually result in stronger cash inflows than previously discussed.

Goodwill and Jermart Logic

It would be quite amusing to ask jermart if he still thinks Wave wrote off the entire value of the goodwill of the Safend purchase in Q4.

It didn't, but talk about trying to have your cake and eating it.

If that did explain the Q4 loss, which it doesn't, the results wouldn't be nearly so bad and the cash flow would be very positive indeed!!
