captain
once upon a time I paid a phone bill twice. They had a knucklehead call me dunning me for a credit balance. I got to second level and never found anyone who knew what a credit balance was. I told em I would take care of it by the end of the month.

Oh that's gonna affect AT&T LOL now if a couple million folks sued them, Now that would catch their attention. I recently dumped them, I bought and paid for a 3g internet and after a year of fighting with them about crap net, The lady on the phone, who by the way was a real $itch of a robot told me i never had 3g it was only 2g. I told her I wanted all my money back for that year, and I ended up hanging up on the textbook robot. They train them well to elude anything that resembles reason or what is right....
