Paid 3.89 in White Plains on tuesday, still that price this morning.
I noticed the cheap station near me was at 4.09, their highest recently. Most others are above that here.
For every 100.00 you purchase at Stop & Shop you get .10 off per gal at Shell stations. I still usually buy in WP, unless they are nearly the same price which happens ocassionally.
I filled-up this morning before work (to miss the after work crowd) at the Costco near my office and the price for regular was $4.219, that same as it has been for the last 3 weeks. Perhaps we've reached the peak of the current price increases. If we see any reductions in price from this point, it could signal that prices will now start to pull-back to at least closer to what they were a few months ago.
