...I can get up whatever time ya want, just let me know the day before. As far as trusting ya with yer own money, bring a photo id, a birth certificate (not one of them "kenyan" jobs either. Maybe a couple of references. It's gonna be a lot harder than it is for people who don't have jobs to buy a house.
