Yep agreed. Its seems like a broken record but I do think this year IDCC will surprise us and BM will get some significant deals done. A CAFC win would sure make things go smoother while we wait it out. The SAM negotiation will be interesting bc they are neck and neck with APPL in smartphones. They are getting a good deal at 25 million per quarter so hopefully BM can get them higher with LTE.
yep...we could have done better w/ that one...we could have done worse too...we could be fighting apple,sammy and nokia at this point....do you think apple signing had any effect on samsung signing??...what about rimm reupping?...the situation is fluid going forward....the rear view mirror is set in stone!!
