yep...we could have done better w/ that one...we could have done worse too...we could be fighting apple,sammy and nokia at this point....do you think apple signing had any effect on samsung signing??...what about rimm reupping?...the situation is fluid going forward....the rear view mirror is set in stone!!
Well said. Also I know a lot of people have been hard on IDCC mgmt about the Apple licnese. Everyone forgets that in 2007 IDCC hadn't sold one phone yet and no one could have predicted the growth they have had. Obvioulsy looking back its easy to say we should have gotten more but at the present time it was a good deal. And I fully expect in 2014 when their renewal is up for IDCC to get more than they currently are from Apple. Come on CAFC 14 months and counting!
