Well said. Also I know a lot of people have been hard on IDCC mgmt about the Apple licnese. Everyone forgets that in 2007 IDCC hadn't sold one phone yet and no one could have predicted the growth they have had. Obvioulsy looking back its easy to say we should have gotten more but at the present time it was a good deal. And I fully expect in 2014 when their renewal is up for IDCC to get more than they currently are from Apple. Come on CAFC 14 months and counting!
the idc community has reached a NEW LOW...no license should be derided.....however insignificant they may appear to be on the surface....at least you should learn from the past....im sure i could find remarks from 6 years ago that sound very similar...the company at that time was a relative unknown also..HTC...where would we be today w/o them??....if we know anything about wireless...its that number 1 rarely remains there for too long...the market is celebrating apple as the be all to end all for the rest of human time....in my mind thats like "for whom does the bell toll"
