if you have a major dissent with a particular board member, and a large group of stockholders do also, you can collectively cast your vote against re-affirming this guy's seat. I cam within an inch of ousting a member one time with another company many were unhappy with and we weren't even organized. But the point is, you DO vote, or at least have that right.
