stockholders do indeed vote by proxy for the board members of the board of directors.

...yeah, if all the stockholders get together and write in the same candidate, he might make it.

Sapits,

sorry to hear that.

However, stockholders do indeed vote by proxy for the board members of the board of directors.

I was almost successful in voting one out with a group of other shareholders in doing so.

But again, when it happens to US personally, it leaves a scar. Try to keep in perspective that there are thousands of corporations and all have a CEO and a BOD.

You'll have to wait till heaven if you are looking for perfection.

The only person who never makes mistakes is the person that does nothing. That is why we strive to be at least 51 percent successful with our decisions.

In my small company every decision I make affects the business which ultimately affects my employees in some manner.

The CEO's aren't any different, just on a larger scale. Been there and done that brother.
The stress level is beyond comprehension. I am very glad to be running a small operation now. Much more relaxing and enjoyable, although there are times when things do get stressful as well.

Please try to separate the performance of a bad ceo with trying to regulate the PAY of one.

Next, it will be somebody telling YOU how much they think you should make because they think you make too much as well.

WHERE does it stop??????

If it was easy to be a chief executive everybody would be one wouldn't they?

They are the cream of business execs, or should be. They should be principled and diligent. Honest beyond and question.

Don't judge all by the ill deeds of a few. Please.

EVERY AMERICAN should prosper by their own EFFORTS. Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin BOTH said it. This is what is at the heart of the founding of the nation.

What you advocate without realizing it is the basis for socialism, when everyone else gets to decide what they THINK you should make and then redistribute.

I make no excuses for bad people. They are what they are. Heck, look at the Potus. A Prime example.

Anyway, please don't include me in the group of bad ceo's. I know too many good honest ones.

the best,

micro...
