these are things where (usually) the federal
government decrees that the State (or lower)
levels of government MUST provide a good or service
but does not provide the money to pay for it.
It ain't right.
It's kinda like President Obama saying "Hey Clo -
YOU gotta pay Zimblers home heating bill."
It ain't fair.
The problem with obama decreeing that employers
must provide for contraception is that it is another
'unfunded mandate'.
And, in the grander scheme of things, obama is NOT
the 'dictator of these United States'. There is no
Constitutional 'right' for him to 'decree' anything.
In short, for obama to make such an order is
Un-Constitutional.
