My first thoughts when reading the headline DE was, a sacrificial sheep is needed to start another war. False flag if you will........... and gotta keep the military spending in tact. A lot of folks rely on that money for survival.........I could be way off on this thinking though............

It always surprises me when a ship like this one gets mothballed. Okay... so it is 22 years old. (I assume that 1 deployment = 1 year.) Is it really cheaper to scrap a 22 year old ship than to refurbish it? I'd think some company would love to make a floating hotel out of her, if nothing else.

'Enterprise' is probably neck-and-neck with 'Constitution' as the most popular of all military vessel names. Somehow, I don't think it will be long before the nation is christening a new 'Enterprise.'
