IDCC has laid the predicate for increasing shareholder value with the following:
1. Continued to buy back shares
2. Insiders have purchased significant amounts of shares.
3. Ceased the staggered BOD.
4. Engaged in efforts to advance production of devices containing their inventions.
5. Created advisory boards comprised of industry veterans.
6. Continue to be issued new patents on a consistent basis.
All it will take is a positive litigation win to create a stir in the sector and among astute investors which should begin a serious increase in shareholder value and the value of the patent portfolio. This gives me incentive to hold my shares and increase my position before the rest of the Street reacts.
If I am wrong, I have nobody to blame except the guy in the mirror. I have had opportunities to make good money in this investment and have opted to go for the long ball on my own. I have not been influenced by good guys, bad guys or Mr. or Mrs. InBetween. Tired, frustrated, mad, irritable, excited, hopeful, despondent, euphoric, I have felt them all along My Way Highway. I will be at the Doc's office deciding about my biggest investment when the CAFC reports today. I am hopeful of a double set of good news.
