Hi awk,

I think barge did a great job when he was allowed to be in charge. I am also impressed with permitonfly where I have exchanged opinions with him. I haven't had much experience with anyone else. Unfortunately, few people have the time or patience to manage the board continuously.

But right now, it seems the iHub admins have taken control - at least, that is who deletes numerous of my posts - which means the moderators are more-or-less irrelevant. And I get the impression that jermart, and possibly Tour, are likely aggressively influencing them with a series of nit-picking objections.

If iHub allows the moderator(s) to take control back then I may consider returning - assuming I am permitted to do so. But right now, they are creating an environment for the kind of shallow exchanges I am not interested in. Great for the "I think the stock is going to go up/down/arround-and-around" posts and the spammer repetitions of unix and jermart. But not my interest.

But hey, this is just silly old cyberspace and who really cares. I like my little swamp here on ABob and I usually regret it when I emerge from the mud. So here I am again. Wallowing. And content with life.

I also think it is a joke to see so many (wavoid) moderators listed.

All, but "barge" should rescind their moderatorship. It would provide some needed "transparency".
