Its the Republican balanced budget plan

if one could just get all those babies to be born, they would grow up to pay taxes on their lawn-mowing tip-income and that would more than compensate for the Bush tax cuts.

Its part of the long term thinking in gov instead of short-term thinking like birth control and cancer screening.

Unplanned babies, while initially expensive, are part of a long term growth strategy. Its why we need businessmen running government instead of career politicians who simply patronize to certain interest groups to gain votes.

And this is the reason Obama will win, because the republican assholes in the House don't use their barely larger head...
they are penny wise & millions of lost votes, foolish....

Leticia Parra, a mother of five scraping by on income from her husband’s sporadic construction jobs, relied on the Planned Parenthood clinic in San Carlos, an impoverished town in South Texas, for breast cancer screenings, free birth control pills and pap smears for cervical cancer.

But the clinic closed in October, along with more than a dozen others in the state, after financing for women’s health was slashed by two-thirds by the Republican-controlled Legislature.
