Three (possibly four) crimes:
- Firearm on school property (Federal crime)
- Concealing the gun in the guitar case (presumably, without a permit to conceal)
- Killing the headmistress
- Suicide (a crime in many states)
Killing the headmistress is a crime already - it didn't much matter how it was accomplished.
