IDCC filed their expert witness list with the ITC let the war begin.

IDCC filed their expert witness list with the ITC yesterday afternoon. It just showed up for review. The have 11 experts that deal with the following:

6 experts that deal with soruce code including realtion to wireless communication. And wireless comuunications as well.

5 experts that deal with:

-French law

-ETSI IPR policy

-Licensing patents including standards-essential patents and FRand obligations.

-Licensing and economic aspects of intellectual property.

The CV's of these witnesses are awesome.
