"Employers have long banned guns from the workplace as part of a violence-prevention strategy, but those policies are being tested as states pass laws making it easier for residents to carry concealed guns -- in some cases, crafting legislation that strikes down business's attempts to keep guns off company property."

I call that asinine thinking.

Hi Riana:

Re "a person's or business' private property rights trumps one's right to carry"

"Employers have long banned guns from the workplace as part of a violence-prevention strategy, but those policies are being tested as states pass laws making it easier for residents to carry concealed guns -- in some cases, crafting legislation that strikes down business's attempts to keep guns off company property."

Again, does the 'shall not infringe' phrase in the 2nd Amendment need interpretation or have any exceptions at all. Why are felons, convicts and insane people denied their Constitutional rights? Or is that interpretation all right (because it makes sense, even though it looks unconstitutional).
