...they say they did, but who knows. She was a smoker since she was about 13 and she's 70 or nearly 70 now.

...she will be getting radiation therapy next. Five times a week for 7 weeks or so.

Did they check her for any other forms of cancer? That could have been the second cancer, spond by the first.
