And they already are. Place I moved from to here, twice, with strange fog in the morning, Both Me and my dogs heard what sounded like a little helicopter fly over low. Like the ones we have seen on the tube. Like 4 little motors/rotos ones. The under4.4 lb ones lol. You couldn't see them for the fog, but could definitely hear them. When my dogs heard them and started barking at the sky was all I needed to hear. One wont even be able to go out in their OWN yard and pick their nose, you will be called a nose bomber.....
