Hi tkc,

Nice to see you back.

It's a tough job, running a company, and for myself, I have no doubt that Wave's management has been pursuing the opportunity as it sees fit.

I also think that there is so little equity amongst board members and management that they suffer little from its decline and thus seem a wee bit careless about its value. Hence, WXP. Hence, scrambls. The longest term project works just fine for them. The options will get replaced at lower values as well.

So we wait. And wait. For myself, I'd have removed all but one Sprague long ago. The Board should be capable of making an evaluation of the CEO independent of family friendship.

If the US elects any of the Republican candidates, it has gone nuts. But maybe it already went nuts to make the Citizens United ruling and to permit people like this to stand. There used to be a sane right.

Hey 4321, June 2012 is a great benchmark; even I can wait that long. CF, enjoy the stances you take - in particular those that somewhat support my views regarding SKS and the BoD. I pretty much just lurk - here also. Primaries have been fun; don't see either Mitt or Rick becoming a strong candidate. My biggest fear is that these GOP Super Pacs are going to be able to unseat some Dem Senators winning control of both houses. Scarey. Hope economy continues to strengthen and the Pres wins another term. In May I must begin to withdraw 10% each year from IRAs, time just keeps on tickin'. Thx and regards.
