There are lots of bad management in large corps (mainly because they have no real ownership) but unions lost their way many years ago. Just as management CAN be good for companies, unions are sometime good for employees. But union leadership are almost all working only for themselves.
I guess we are on the same page, then. I thought you were somehow contradicting me, since I was contradicting what I took as a tone in your original message of the tired old blaming of management for unions' actions.
