Europe reportedly agrees terms of Greek bailout

SYDNEY (MarketWatch) - European finance ministers have agreed the terms of on a second bailout deal for Greece, according to reports out Tuesday. The fresh debt deal totals 130 billion euros ($171.9 billion), according to the reports which citied European officials, and Greece is expected to have a debt-to-GDP ratio of just over 120% by 2020. Greek bondholders will take a final haircut of more than 53%, the reports said.
