...depends on what ya call "recent" and which Americans ya ask. The worst pres was Lyndon Johnson who got 50.000 americans killed because he couldn't decide whether to crap or get off the pot. Jimmy Carter comes in a close second. Obama could surpass both LBJ and Carter on the sorry president scale Im not gonna make that call until he finishes his turn at bat. He has already surpassed Bill C and George Bush who was a liberal. Richard Nixon was about average for the bunch.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

Americans believe history will judge Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton best among recent presidents and Richard Nixon and George W. Bush worst. Americans are currently divided on how history will rate Barack Obama.
