...contrary to popular opinion, there are more folks killed by drunk drivers than in all the other crimes in the country combined and there is more financial loss due to these same assholes than all the other crimes in America not counting those carried out by the obamba administration. The average cop doesn't want to be standing in the street in the rain and the cold checking out drunks any more than you or I might want to be quizzed.
On that video the guy in the car kept asking for the cops name and badge number. Back when I was a cop if ya asked for a badge number we would take the badge off and slap ya in the face hard enough that ya could read the badge number in the jailhouse mirror when ya got there.
