What is truly ridiculous is the fact that MOST people know not to take electric appliances, like toasters, hair dryers, coffee makers, electric drills, etc. into the shower or bathtub.
Water and electric simply do not get along nicely with each other AND a human body.
It only takes 105 watts of current to kill a person. That ain't much. 1 amp.
So why in who doo are we even screwing with trying to protect us from freaking hair dryers that shouldn;t ever be taken into a shower or bath tub anyway?
It speaks volumes about the utter lack of COMMON SENSE that liberals have as well.
Meanwhile, the Obama Administration intentionally facilitates and turns a blind eye to the smuggling of firearms to Mexican criminals that are linked to at least 200 murders in Mexico and 11 crimes in the United States, including the murder of federal border agent, Brian Terry.
So, the dumbass cow in charge of DHS, Janet Napolitano, thinks the interception of 13,000 hair dryers that don't have adequate "immersion protection" is a real coup, eh? Wow, I guess that saved innumerable lives of Democrat women who would have otherwise figured it was okay to blow-dry their hair, while taking a bath, with hair dryers that erroneously claimed to have adequate "immersion protection"! Democrat women, whether they are whoring themselves out in leadership positions within the Obama Administration or they are whoring themselves out to their Marxist leaders at the ballot box, are the stupidest people on the planet. President Obama's border enforcement officials prevented over 13,000 dangerous hair dryers from entering the country, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) trumpeted today.
"U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seized thousands of hair dryers recently that were determined to constitute a “substantial product hazard” under U.S. law, for failing to have adequate immersion protection," DHS announced.
