IMO...the best patents have not been issued yet...we are roughly trading at 1 byn net of net cash...there's not much meat left on the bone for the shorts....even if earnings are not spectacular....sooner or later someone is going to take a shot at the asset base of this company....i kinda like the ichan rumor...he's flush w/ cash from mot...his experience was good....he certainly knows of idc's value...having probably had tossed in his face during the goog negotiations....and if he could get more than 10% at these prices...could easily make it happen at 65-75 if not a little more
