It's a shame. In the end, conversations about companies are not going to be doable so long as there are participants whose goal has nothing to to do with finding out the truth.
If a rational argument results in personalisation, inuendo, cynicism, fact rejection (where the rejection is done only for theory fortification) or these kinds of responses, you know pretty much that it isn't about establishing what is real or what is probable. You know already that this participant is immune to reason. Conversation is pointless.
