...what I don't understand is where does obamba get the authority to give "waivers". Where do it say you can pass laws thru the house, the senate and signed into law and then decide who has to obey em? Isn't there some sort of equal protection under the law thingy still out there?

This is just the beginning of the problems obamacare will cause Americans. Lots more screwed up rules to come as this POS bill is enacted.

This is what happens when you let the jackass party write laws.

This is what happens when they pass a bill in the middle of the night.

This is what happens when the democraps use taxpayers funds to buy votes to pass bills.

This is what happens when the morons vote on a bill without reading it.

The tea party was screaming "Read The Bill" back then.
