They have produced over 100 million phones a year for several years. At a dollar a phone, IDCC in line with the stated goals should be looking for 100 million or 25 million a quarter versus the 8 million contained in his report. Sorry, this is not clear to me.

I have not seen an LG phone in quite some time so your experience is not the norm. As far as share I am not talking about volume discounts. It is expected units shipped X rate. The rate is not changed but the units shipped part has come down in their model. Is that clear? I am not happy with management and their strategy recently either but the LG piece of the report is nothing more than less units.
