Could be, but it was not stated in his report. My point is that 4g should increase the rate used for fixed or per unit negotiations. Has their production gone down 48% or has their market decreased because of more sector units being produced? If production has decreased 48%, does this mean we get no boost for 4g? He is rendering an opinion after meeting with the company. Lg is going on 14 months of infringement. Sorry, just does not add up for me.

Loop, I think the haircut came from LG's markets losses and going to a per unit agreement.
