DND, no doubt about it...the IP sales will create cash, but you can't really put a future multiple on these sales IMO because its not part of the core business.

BTW, to give MPartners some cover, all of our potential analysis starts with "IF". Unfortunately, MPartners joins a long list of 'early adopters' who stood up and stated "Oh, this is the biggest one I ever had. You hear that Elizabeth?" only to end up splain'n to their customers why IDCC is "still" the next best thing.

I still don't understand their CAFC statement. I get why they are keeping all targets close to the vest, but I just don't get that statment.

I remain strong for the exact opposite reason!

If my math is correct they could sell these 3,000-4,000 patents for $1-2B?

If and when they do what will the PPS be? current Market cap is $1.7B if they sell for said amounts The Cash Value of the company will be higher than the the current PPS. Except I have left out the tax effect on the low side.

I don't think RS is factoring this into his target after being burnt on his SA BO targets.
