Based on their target, they have a 'show me' attitude towards IDCC hitting its $800M objective. Why? Can't have a $54 price and insist that $800M of revenue is reflected as future value.
BTW, this statement confuses the crap out of me:
"We believe that the outcome of the CAFC ruling will have minimal impact on future licensing. If successful, the appeal may speed up Nokia licensing. However, it is unlikely to impact LG or Samsung renewals."
I really cannot figure any angle where this statement makes sense.
