ROTFLMAO! You're disingenuously trying to compare apples and oranges, here, clo.

This Republican apparently committed voter fraud because he lied about his real address in order to vote in another precinct. So, his act of voter fraud changed the location of ONE vote. However, I most definitely agree he should be appropriately punished for any acts of voter fraud and perjury that he committed.

The numerous Democrats who have been caught committing voter fraud have not been affecting ONE vote - they were facilitating the fraudulent casting of tens, hundreds, thousands of votes - enough to very possibly alter the entire results of an election! And, while we Conservatives are all for throwing the book at anyone who commits voter fraud, irrespective of party affiliation, you leftists deliberately turn a blind eye to it all as long as it's being perpetrated by and for the benefit of Democrats ... hell, you've institutionalized the practice of voter fraud in your party's SOP by partnering with known purveyors of fraudulent signatures and ballots like ACORN and union groups. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Spare us your stupid hypocrisy, clo.

Indiana election chief found guilty of voter fraud

Published February 03, 2012

Associated Press

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana's top elections official could lose his job and his freedom after jurors convicted him of multiple voter fraud-related charges on Saturday, leaving in flux the fate of one of the state's most powerful positions.

Republican Secretary of State Charlie White has held on to his office for more than a year despite being accused of lying about his address on voter registration forms.

A Hamilton County jury found White guilty of six of seven felony charges, including false registration, voting in another precinct, submitting a false ballot, theft and two counts of perjury. He was acquitted on one fraud charge.
