my3: nobody doubts the ethics of the guidance, but the timing of guidance? Either there is a reason to announce this guidance early because something good is coming or there is absolutely nothing coming....If we are to take this guidance at face value.
right in my opinion. Heck they knew the earnings for the 1st qtr 2012 since they are based on the sales of the 4th qtr 2011.
Now we need something good to happen like a positive CAFC decision. If they ever find it down in the court. Makes me think the jurists are still laughing that 2011 hearing off.
