Rak,

If Apple is not a "per-unit" and not a "fixed fee" like Samsung ... than what is it?

I believe it's technically classified as a "Pull-down-your-pants-bend-over-and-grab-your-ankles" license...

Management is still not defining Apple as a "fixed fee license" ... they are not defining it in the same terms as they do Samsung a "fixed fee license." ... instead they have lumped it and Samsung together as "other types of agreements."

If Apple is not a "per-unit" and not a "fixed fee" like Samsung ... than what is it?
