Hi 4321,

Thanks. Folks always seem to like it when I'm being positive. It's fun to feel that way again, as well. Although in fact I'm simply repeating my trust matrix theory, which I've held all along as being the ultimate purpose of what Wave was trying to do.

But the fact is, I think the less popular work about the obstacles was in many ways a lot more insightful, and I am probably more proud of it. You don't get any help from anyone envisaging the obstacles in the stream and trying to figure how they might be navigated. People seem either to believe in clear waterways, or in impassable dams and rapids. Instead, I was living on the Mississippi and learning its shoals and its sandbanks.

I also used the obstacles to put a sense of time into my argument. As opposed to simply saying - it's coming some day, I just don't know when. I sought to understand the dynamics of change. And I saw and admitted to myself that change is not a smooth process. Popular, it ain't. But right I often was.

As regards MNOs and Google - it was the threat of anti-trust.

Re MS - I haven't seen what you've seen, but I would presume they are discussing ARM-based tablets when they talk about TPMs.
