yeppers...vulnerable is the word, and what do you think would happen the minute news of a 2.5b takeover came across the wires...or should a say wireless....I'm perfectly OK with where things are at the moment
I certainly think so....and Im sure many others would pay that for IDCC's virtually unencumbered 4g/lte portfolio... Why wouldnt someone at this point come in w/ a 2.5 byn hostile bid, sell off the 4g stuff to the highest bidder...take the 500 net cash and put it in the bank...and scrap the rest for a tidy profit....i cant imagine someone is not thinking this way.....3 or 4 hedge funds could easily get together and make this happen...IDCC IS EXTREMELY VULNERABLE RIGHT NOW!!!
