I'm not sure why weby is not entitled to compare TC code to a written document containing a set of social rules and freedoms.

I think you are being sensitive for its own sake.

3. Well, there are metaphors I wouldn't use. But the US constitution is not one of them. Neither is her Majesty, the queen of England nor the Pope.

Indeed, I have made a catholic claim about the opportunity Wave sees ahead of it. Hope they garner the royalties that are due after all this time.
