Nigel... no need to disconnect anything. You need to access your router's interface. To do this, open your browser and in the address bar, type

http://192.168.1.1

There's most likely a password needed, so if you have it handy or memorized you can enter it. Then, once in, you should be able to follow step 4 of the site link I provided in a previous post.

PCJ. It is a Linksys WRT54GS version 5. I have the downloaded fil on the desktop BUT cannot open and am not sure which wire to disconnect
on router anyway.
